Individual Therapy
When working with individuals, I take a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that every person's story, relationships, and experiences are unique. Drawing from mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational, and somatic approaches, I meet you where you are rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we'll explore how early relationships, generational patterns, and life experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others today. We'll also pay attention to the wisdom of your body and nervous system, noticing how stress, trauma, and emotions may be held physically, while creating opportunities to slow down, increase awareness, and cultivate greater self-compassion.
I believe healing happens when we can understand our patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we'll explore what may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, while building on your existing strengths and resilience. One of the greatest joys of my work is helping clients discover what truly resonates with them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and cultivate lasting healing, meaningful relationships, and a greater sense of ease in their lives.
Parenting Support
Parenting is one of life's most meaningful—and often most challenging—journeys. Whether you're preparing to welcome a new baby, navigating the toddler years, supporting a school-aged child, or parenting a teenager, I offer compassionate consultations and therapy to help you feel more confident and connected. Together, we'll explore your child's developmental needs, strengthen your relationship, and find practical, evidence-informed strategies that align with your family's values. I also believe that caring for yourself is an essential part of caring for your child. By understanding your own experiences, family patterns, and emotional responses, we can create space for more mindful, connected parenting and greater well-being for both you and your family.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship experiences seasons of growth, challenge, and change. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where couples can slow down, better understand one another, and explore the patterns that shape their relationship. Drawing from attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches, we'll work together to identify cycles of conflict, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional connection.
Whether you're preparing for parenthood, adjusting to life with young children, navigating the teenage years, facing an empty nest, or simply feeling disconnected, I help couples explore both the challenges and strengths within their relationship. Together, we'll clarify your needs, rebuild trust and intimacy when possible, and make thoughtful, compassionate decisions about the future of your relationship—whether that means growing together or navigating separation with greater understanding and respect.
Group
Therapy
Healing doesn't have to happen alone. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, reminding us that we're not meant to navigate life's challenges in isolation. In a supportive, compassionate environment, you'll find space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others while developing deeper self-awareness and meaningful connections.
Women's Support Group
This group is designed for women seeking greater connection, self-understanding, and support through life's transitions. Together, we'll explore relationships, boundaries, anxiety, self-worth, motherhood, identity, and the impact of family and generational patterns in a safe, nurturing space. Through mindfulness, reflection, and shared experience, members are invited to cultivate resilience, authenticity, and a stronger sense of belonging. Days and Time TBD.
New Moms Group
The transition into motherhood is profound, beautiful, and often more overwhelming than we expect. This group offers a welcoming space for new mothers to slow down, share honestly, and receive support during the postpartum period. Together, we'll explore the emotional, physical, and relational changes that come with becoming a parent, while strengthening confidence, connection with your baby, and compassion for yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, or simply longing for community, you don't have to do it alone. Days and times TBD.
